Great for your custom cuticle oils
I used to use an old water color pen as an cuticle oil pen. I wanted to grab some actual pens though to give to people after I do their nails in a little goodie bag. These were perfect. They come with a little pipette that makes filling them super easy. The bristles are soft and not abrasive at all. Oil doesn’t leak out everywhere and the cap fits snuggly. Its the perfect size to make sure my girlies are coming back in 2 weeks to get a fill. Great price for the amount of pens you get and it doesn’t hurt to give them out.

Good quality nail oil pens!
These work great! I use them for homemade cuticle oil. A few twists will dispense the perfect amount for all my nails. There are no leaks, and the caps go on securely. The brush has just the right amount of softness. This is a quality product that looks nice and would be perfect for gift giving of homemade nail oil products. I love these for cuticle oil. I fill them up and gift them out to my friends, they all love it. I keep a couple for myself for my bag, car, office, etc. They don’t leak and are pretty easy to refill. This is my second time buying this product.

Fillable, not REfillable
They’re great for jojoba on your nails/cuticles. And if you fill them up (easy!), they last a long time. But they are NOT refillable. Once you twist them all the way down, you can’t move the mechanism back up to start over. Not sure if I’ll purchase again.

They are exactly as advertised. Simple to use and great value for what you’re paying. From first use I think they’ll last a long time if you handle them properly which is how you should treat all items you care for. These can be used for a number of different purposes but I’m utilizing it for cuticle oil. They hold a decent amount of oil so I’m predicting that I won’t be refilling them often. They definitely are secure but you do have the capability to pop the applicator off to refill them.

Easy Refill
Really easy to refill. I did struggle a bit on my own before doing a little bit of research. I found this really helpful post that gave me a step by step on how to refill them so i’ll leave it here:1. Start by removing the twisty part from the end of the cuticle pen. I put on rubber gloves for extra grip since the pen was oily. You have to BEND the pen where the two parts meet, harder than you think! Don’t try to just pull, the bending motion is how it will snap off.2. Pull out the twist mechanism and stopper. It should come out in one piece.Hold the white circular part at the bottom (closest to the brush end) and twist counterclockwise until you can’t twist it anymore (this takes a while).Remove the cap and press the brush end to a paper towel or cotton pad while refilling oil, so that the oil doesn’t drip out everywhere.3. Don’t overfill! Pop the top part back in to see where it ends and eyeball the oil to that spot.Once it’s full, pop the stopper and twist mechanism back in. You have to push a little bit, but not too hard just to get it in place.4. I pop the cap back on and then use the surface I’m working on to press the twisty end part back onto the top of the pen.5. Some oil will probably have spilled out of the tip while refilling but that’s it!
