This item comes with 4 sheets each with 12-13 temporary tattoos per a sheet in various “construction” vehicles, signs and items. These are very cartoony and would likely appeal to younger kids. These need to be cut out before applying and there’s no instructions printed on the sheets. They apply like a normal temporary tattoo.Because there’s so few sheets and no instructions, I don’t think it would be appropriate to add these to gift bags or otherwise “give” them away and instead are best applied as an activity or given as a set as a gift.
