    Awful quality

    Bought them for a party, and on the very first tattoo, Woody, Jessie, and Bullseye’s heads never transferred to the poor kid’s skin! 90% of the tattoos didn’t completely transfer, and the other 10% had some big part rubbed off within the hour. Awful quality!!
