Love the colors and not having to worry about my lips and cheeks matching
I’ve always had trouble with the tone of my blush matching the color of my lips and this solves that problem so nicely. I wasn’t sure whether it’d be easy to apply the lipstick-as-blush but it turns out it’s SUPER easy. I draw 3-4 short lines on my cheeks right off my nose, and then swipe upward like it says in the directions. I’m using my bare fingers, and then I use a makeup remover pad on my fingers to clean up. It feels really light when it’s on my face, unlike some of the powders I’ve used. The bottoms twist up to advance the product, just like any other lip balm.As far as lipstick-as-lipstick, it’s basic. It’s the kind of lipstick we wore in the 1970s. It’s soft and smooth, but it transfers and wipes off and is really nothing special aside from otherwise being more comfortable to wear than most of your grandmother’s lipstick. Minimal lipstick on the teeth, so that’s nice too. Also, NO GLITTER. So appreciated.The colors are lovely, and here is my opinion on each:Macaroon is a tan brown/coffee with cream color. I’m very pale in the winter and very tan in the summer. This is a perfect winter color for me.Gumball is pretty universal and one of those colors that almost anyone can wear and look good wearing it. It’s pink without being too pink. This is a fall and spring color for me.Sorbet is more of a pink mixed with maroon. It’s more striking and dramatic and perfect for my summer face.Bottom line: This set of three lip and cheek colors is pleasant and lovely, and a 5-star product based on the current price point of $20. I’m pleased with how they apply and how they look on me, and how they eliminate the concern of whether my face looks like clown makeup with all of the mismatched colors. I know I match now!

I can appreciate how easy these are to apply. They don’t drag and they don’t feel like waxy old crayons. The color variety in the trio is appreciated, because I feel like I can create a multitude of looks! The fact that I can use these as a multi cosmetic is so cool. Lips, blush.. I could even blend it out and use them on my eyes! The size of the pencil makes it so easy to use on various parts of my face. I think this is an amazing value!However, it doesn’t have much longevity. Setting spray seems to help but even feeling overheated and sweaty makes it much easier to feel like it slides right off. So I think there’s so much potential but it misses the mark, slightly.

True to color. Long lasting. Very easy to apply, it doesn’t smudge after you apply it. Quality for the price but I only loved one color. Soft texture and I feel like it’ll last for sometime. Goes on thin but is buildable. Doesn’t have a weird taste.

How I love these multitasking makeup sticks! The colors are very flattering and look very nice as lipsticks or blushes. I use a synthetic brush for application on my cheeks – just rub a little bit on the tip and sweep over the cheek, blending upwards. You get a nice pigment which sets quite quickly. I really like using the same stick for lips and cheeks, it’s such an easy way to do makeup. The lipstick sets on my lips and stays put for hours unless I eat a large meal. The cheek color starts all day. I’m very pleased with this beautiful color set.
