Took some experimenting to get it right
Looks great as long as you remove all dead skin from your lips first, it stains it much darker. Also it will look streaky if you use it by itself, I’d recommend putting on a very thin layer of clear lip gloss before applying and let it dry with your mouth open.

Bought this for my purple and black witch costume and it was great. Definitely a lipstain feel, not a lipstick feel, which is exactly what I was looking for. It lasted through my daughter’s halloween dance and didn’t smudge. Would buy again.

Pretty good lip stain, strangely marker-like
I expected a sort of brush-like tip like an ink eyeliner, but applying this lip stain is essentially like coloring in your lips with magic marker. It is a somewhat disconcerting feeling but the color is vibrant and reasonably long-lasting.
