Too many lip glosses available to be worth the compromise
This is a very sheer nude lip gloss that I think would work well with a wide range of skin tones. The color itself is pretty and subtle, but I am not a huge fan of the sparkle because it looks more like noticeable glitter than a soft shimmer. The formula is somewhat sticky when first applied, and unfortunately, it stays tacky even after it dries down. I personally prefer glosses that eventually feel like almost nothing on the lips, so this wasn’t my favorite in terms of texture. I also noticed that when I first opened the tube, a little bit of straight oil came out before any of the actual colored gloss. This makes me think the formula may separate in the tube and could give you a different consistency depending on how well it has been mixed before applying. Having to remember to mix or manipulate the tube before using it isn’t ideal for a lip gloss that I normally want to grab, apply, and go. Overall, the sheer nude color is versatile, but the glitter, tackiness, and possible separation keep this from being one I would reach for regularly.

Pretty color
Such beautiful shimmer! This is sheer but super shimmery and buttery on my lips! It also lasts forever on my lips instead of just a couple of hours and has really high glimmer to it! It goes on smooth and doesnt smell artificial and has a pleasant scent to it. I love how long it lasts and I am going to guess its going to be awhile before I run out of this because its a great size. You can also wear this just as is or on top of other colors as well! Although if you wear it with others just know some transfer of the darker color might get onto it! The price is pretty good and affordable too! I highly recommend!

True Nude Lip Oil – Not Sticky – Very Hydrating – Long Lasting
At this point I’ve tried more lip oils and lip balms than I can count, and finding a true nude shade is surprisingly difficult. Most lean too pink or too orange on my lips. This one is exactly what I was hoping for—a genuine nude that gives just enough color to make my lips look healthy without changing their natural tone.As someone who is 53 with post-menopausal skin (and lips that have become much drier over the years), hydration is every bit as important to me as the color. This formula delivers both. The base is built around castor seed oil and sunflower seed oil, two excellent emollients that help soften dry lips and lock in moisture. Olive oil, aloe vera, and vitamin E add additional nourishment, while candelilla wax gives it enough body to stay put without feeling heavy. The shimmer comes from calcium sodium borosilicate rather than chunky glitter, so it catches the light without feeling gritty.The texture is one of my favorite parts. It glides on smoothly, feels cushiony, and gives my lips a healthy glossy finish without becoming sticky or goopy. Even though it has shimmer, it looks subtle rather than sparkly. The nude tint is sheer enough to wear every day but still adds a little polish.I also like that it’s fragrance-free and vegan. If you’re sensitive to scented lip products, that’s a nice bonus.This would be a great choice for anyone looking for a moisturizing everyday lip oil with a natural nude tint and comfortable glossy finish. If you’re expecting bold color or long-lasting pigment, this probably isn’t the right product since the tint is intentionally sheer.For me, this is exactly what I wanted. It’s comfortable, hydrating, the color is spot on, and I’ve been reaching for it often. Definitely a five-star lip oil.

I have used the original PawPaw lip balm in the blue tube for years, so I was stoked to see a new tinted formula with shimmer! I have to have something on my lips at all times or I bite them so finding a formula I can wear every day is important. I happen to love the paw paw formula. It’s slippery, not sticky at all, and my lips always feel better after using it.I get a lot of sun to my lips and they’re super sensitive so I’m constantly using spf and balms.This shimmer is so pretty! It reminds me of some of the late 90’s-2000’s sandy/nude shimmers but without all the stickiness. It’s tinted and sparkly enough to hide imperfections in your lips, while moisturizing and healing.I have been using this daily and I haven’t broken out or had any negative reactions… only good ones! Next I would love an SPF version 😉

Moisture without stickiness
I cannot stand for my lips to be dry, so I keep something on them and reapply regularly throughout the day. I typically go for products with little to no color, so this nude lip oil appealed to me.The product is very well packaged, and the applicator is easy to use. It doesn’t overdispense when it gets warm; it still comes out nice and evenly.It truly is nude. There is zero noticeable color and only a little bit of shimmer once applied.I really like the way this feels on my lips. The moisture has a nice weight to it. It isn’t so light that it disappears too quickly. There is absolutely no stickiness, taste, or oily residue.It lasts quite a while before I need to reapply. I’ve only been reapplying after I eat, which is ideal for me.If I could ask for anything else, it would be to make this available in multipacks because I would love to be able to get this in bulk.

A Safe, Lovely Lip Oil
I usually just use lip balm due to small lips and a frustration with lip color either fading quickly or ending up in places that it shouldn’t be. However, I do like a lightly tinted lip gloss or oil, but I’m super picky about ingredients and will only use products that are perfectly safe, especially on my lips. So, I was happy to learn that this lip product scores well on the natural skincare app I use.I like the way this glides on. I also like how it looks. My lips do end up feeling a bit dry after it wears off, so maybe it’s a bit drying for some reason, but overall, it’s a fun little product that adds a little nude shine to my lips. Who knows, I might even go for some more colors.

Dr.PAWPAW Glimmer Glaze Nude Lip Oil gives a sheer wash of nude color that leans slightly rose. It’s not too brown, but it’s not pink, either. It’s a very neutral shade, which I love, because it enhances my natural lip color. I feel like this shade would look great on ANYBODY, no matter their skin color/tone.The formula has very, very fine irridescent glitter which gives my lips a little sparkle. I was hesitant at first because I tend to shy away from cosmetics that have a lot of glitter in them, because I feel that it can look childish, but the fine glitter is really pretty and just gives more shine. It is not a heavy or chunky glitter at all.Since this is a lip oil, it tends not to last super long on my lips, but that’s to be expected. Most lip oils or glosses don’t. This formula isn’t heavy or sticky. It’s light and very moisturizing, and as it wears off it leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth..
