Very disappointed because I heard this was a good brand
When I received this, the package was open with pinks finger prints on it. I had to request to return it and have it approved. Then I was expected to pay for postage. Very disappointed because I heard this was a good brand. Guess I’ll never know.

It’s okay
I got this gloss in Wild Berry Tarte. When I first opened it and smelled it, I thought it smelled a bit of play makeup for kids. Upon application, the color, shown as a pinkish-leaning color in the listing photo looks like more of a brick red against my pale skin. The gloss is thin, but opaque, and goes on easily. It does not feel heavy to me at all. I didn’t feel like it particularly moisturized my lips as some glosses do, but it didn’t dry them out either. The gloss isn’t sticky, nor does it have staying power. One sip from a cup and you lose a lot. I was really hoping this would stick around more, but, like many glosses, it’s more of a topper than anything else for me. For the money, I think I’ll stick with my favorite Wet N Wild lip creams.

Nice formula
I got the shade “Angel Cake.” I saw some reviewers saying it wasn’t pink like it appeared in the product photos. Sometimes depending on resolution, coloring, etc. on a computer screen colors will look different. Looking at the product photos on my iPad, phone, and computer the color looked like a pale peach kind of tan color and that’s what the color looks like in person for me. Based on the other reviewers description of theirs in person it seems to come out the same to them, but apparently in the product photos it looked light pink to them. So, just be aware “Angel Cake” is a pale peach tan kind of color, not pink.The formula is nice. It’s thick enough where it feels moisturizing, applies some color, and lasts well on the lips. It doesn’t feel sticky on the lips at all. The packaging is nice too.Overall, I think this is a really nice gloss. But, it’s pretty pricey for a gloss. Personally, I never really see the point in paying much for lip products when there’s so many great drugstore options. There are great glosses, liquid lips, and lipsticks that all perform really well. So, I just never see the point in paying a higher price for them when so many affordable options that are just as good or better are available. For me, $15.95 (at the time of writing this review) for a lip product just isn’t worth it to me. I don’t like rating based on price since we all have different views on affordable/expensive. So, I’ll say that the formula is nice. It works well. As long as you don’t mind the price and find a color you like (and if that’s “Angel Cake,” you know its more of a light peach tan type color than pink), it’s a good gloss.

Love the color and moisturizing
I love this color… and very moisturizing. It did not dry out my lips. It also had great staying power more than other brands I’ve tried. It’s not a matte (which I like- matte dries out my lips); it’s smooth with opaque color. Love it!

I’m sorry. I really was looking forward to getting this lip gloss, but it’s a terrible color on me. My lips look like I have no color. I thought it would be a soft pink, but I look washed out. Disappointed 😞I should have picked the wild berry.

Not Angel Cake.
This is not Angel Cake. I got a beige lip gloss not pink. I am definitely returning this. Not the color that is pictured at all on Amazon or on their website Angel cakes is suppose to be a pale pink not a beige color.
