The colors are not glow in the dark, but they might glow under a blue light has some reviewers have mentioned, but I did not have a blue light to test with. Some colors are more vibrant and pigmented than the others.I am overall very happy with this set. There are 12 different colors and most of the colors are flowy and easy to work with. I did not have any problem wiping these off with a makeup remover wipe. The colors started to fade after about 4 hours already.
