This is a great primer. Long lasting & waterproof.But do not believe the claim “It glitters.”Its NOT a glittery shadow base, which I was after. It’s somewhat shiny.But GREAT for shadow base. Worth the money.

Glitter glue
I really like I really recommend it. Does what you wanted to do and that’s to make the glitter stand out, not fall off your eyelids to your face and it doesn’t feel tacky. Once you put it on let it dry a little bit and you put the glitter on it. It feels like you didn’t put any glue on or anything like that so I highly recommend this.

Doesn’t help my eye shadow pop like it should.
Goes on clear, however doesn’t seem to make my eye shadow pop like it should. I still prefer Urban Decay Eye Primer Potion. Nothing works better so far.
