Smells pretty weird
This glitter stick will do the job, but there are a few drawbacks that I’ll elaborate on here.1. It smells like my grandmother’s bathroom. I can’t get more specific than that, but it’s powerful, weirdly soapy, and unpleasant.2. The glitter itself isn’t very shiny. Inside or outside, it was pretty dull in both color and reflective ability. Most of the larger pieces are shaped like clover.3. Took some real scrubbing to get the small glitter off my skin. Like to the point of being mildly uncomfortable. Did not try it on my hair because of this.Otherwise it works just fine. No skin issues, and you certainly get plenty of it. There’s a comprehensive list of ingredients on the package that includes fruit and olive oil. I think most kids would be happy with it for St. Patrick’s, so despite the drawbacks I can’t mark it down too much.

Perfect for Festival and Concert Looks
It applies pretty easily and you can build it up depending on how much shine you want. I went for a lighter look and it still showed up nicely without overdoing it. It also stayed on better than I expected, even after a few hours of dancing and moving around. Removal was simple too, just washed out with water and a bit of soap without leaving too much residue. It’s definitely more of a fun, occasional product, but it worked perfectly for what I needed at the time.

Not really gel. More Coconut Oil and Glitter
Man, I don’t know about these glitter stick things. The glitter really doesn’t adhere to skin very well, and you definitely don’t want to use it on your face if you have any other makeup on because it’s just gonna make it all smudgy. But it smells really nice and it’s good for the littles. And I think I like it well enough in the hair. But I wouldn’t call this “gel” by any means. It’s basically just chunky glitter and coconut oil.

Good Budget Option with a Few Trade-Offs
For the price, this is a pretty good product overall. It does what it’s supposed to do, and the adhesive has held surprisingly well. Once applied, it stays in place and doesn’t seem to lose its grip throughout the day.One thing to be aware of is the smell. It has a somewhat strange odor when you first open and use it. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it is noticeable. The finished look can be really nice, but it takes a little finesse to get there. You’ll need to spend a bit of time working with it to distribute it evenly; otherwise, it can end up looking clumpy or uneven in your hair. After a little practice, though, it becomes much easier to achieve a more even looking and fun result.Overall, it’s not a bad product at all, especially for the price. If you don’t mind a slight learning curve and the unusual smell, it offers good adhesive performance and a nice finished appearance once you get the application down.

Super fun sparkle and super easy to wash out
This stuff is so much fun and way easier to use than I expected. You can dab a little on for just a light shimmer, or layer it up if you want full-on festival energy. It goes on smooth, sets nicely, and doesn’t flake off everywhere while you’re wearing it. For the price, it is a really sweet deal—way more affordable than brand-name festival glitter sticks at beauty retailers, but it works just as well. The best part is that it actually washes right out in the shower with regular shampoo—no random glitter stuck to your head for three days afterward.

Does what it says on the tin
The adhesive smells a little funny, but it works and, most importantly, washes off easily. I don’t know how environmentally friendly this stuff is – the little glitter bits might not be too good for your plumbing/septic system either. But as long as you’re not going through a pound of the stuff it’s probably fine.A little goes a long way – the picture shows what just a couple of dabs of the stuff can do. Again, it’s easy to wash out, so no worries about where it ends up on you or your clothes. It’s a little tougher to get it right in hair because of the “glue stick” style of the product, but that’s me stretching for complaints. The product is great for what it is.

Party hair!
If you have a fancy girl, this hair glitter stick is for you. This would be fantastic for cheerleaders, so easy to apply and lasted great.Used this to celebrate the last day of school and it stayed put all day at school and through a foam party. The stick says for face hair and body. I think it is great for hair but wasn’t the best on skin as the large flecks of glitter flaked out.Overall great for my casual purpose. Liked the color combination of this “carnival” series. Really fun
